Cognitive Convergence Science

Program Overview

The Cognitive Convergence Science Program is an interdisciplinary curriculum designed to cultivate next-generation convergence experts. Grounded in a scientific understanding of the human brain, mind, and behavior, the program embraces a multidisciplinary approach that spans the humanities, psychology, engineering, medicine, data science, and artificial intelligence.

Serving as a future-oriented educational paradigm to lead the era of advanced brain engineering and AI, this program is expected to become a cradle for nurturing industry-ready, global convergence professionals who will spearhead various sectors of society, including the medical, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and brain-cognitive industries.Grounded in diverse engineering disciplines—such as biosignals, medical imaging, artificial intelligence, and materials engineering—the program focuses on designing and implementing innovative solutions for disease diagnosis and treatment. Through a curriculum centered on theory, hands-on practice, and design, we provide students with practical experience in developing technologies that can be directly applied to real-world clinical environments.

Educational Objectives

Beyond simple data processing or artificial intelligence utilization, this major aims to cultivate next-generation convergence talents who can precisely define and creatively solve complex problems. This is achieved through a scientific understanding of human intelligence and a convergent design capacity for cutting-edge technologies.
