Counseling Process

• Application
  Once the student submits the counseling request form, the schedule will be coordinated within 1–2 days, followed by a confirmation email.
• Session
  Students receive 50-minute personalized counseling sessions based on their pre-surveys, concluding with tailored feedback.
• Wrap-Up
  A follow-up email is delivered with all relevant session materials and campus support resources.
• Follow-Up
  - Within two weeks post-session, an anonymous satisfaction survey is sent to gather feedback and enhance counseling services.
  - A follow-up email is sent within one month to check on the student's progress and determine the need for further counseling.
  * A structured aftercare system is maintained to sustain counseling outcomes and ensure ongoing student support.
